Do Baoyo products contain preservatives or chemical additives?
(1) Baoyo's products are all customized products manufactured according to the different specifications of different customers. Legal additives and preservatives can be added on demand.

(2) Different ratio of sugar and salt will be added to the dried preserved fruits according to the flavors of the seasonal fruits.
Why is calcium oxide added during the preserved white gourd drink production process? Is it possible not to add any calcium oxide?
(1) In the traditional production process of preserved white gourd drink, calcium oxide is added. Soaking fresh white gourd in calcium oxide solution can help preserve the white gourd in room temperature as well as harden its quality. Then, they will not be softened or meshed during the long hours of boiling. When boiled with sugar, the soaked white gourd can provide the best vintage flavor of preserved white gourd drink.

(2) We can also produce the preserved white gourd drink without adding calcium oxide according to the customers' demands.

It's because the drink without cooling down well. The boiled and hot drink place into refrigeration equipment without cooling process, and then there is too much storage in this equipment. Finally, the quality of drink would be changed, especially in summer. Please avoid the above process, if possible please use ice cube or freezing equipment to effectively cool down, and then storage into refrigeration equipment, to keep the best flavor and taste. How should we consume Baoyo products?
Depending on different specifications, Baoyo products can be consumed in the following manners:
(Baoyo products are all handmade. Their weights vary. Just adjust the water volume, and it will be fine)
(1) Nourishment series: Add about 150c.c. of hot water (95℃ or above) to every cube. Cover the lid until it dissolves, then it is ready to serve. For richness and sweetness, adjust the water volume according to personal tastes.
(2) Agar series 1: Add 150c.c. of hot water. When it dissolves and cools down, place it in the fridge until it turns into a jelly.
(3) Agar series 2: Add 100c.c. of hot water. Stir it and cover it with a lid. Then, add 50g of ice cubes and stir it. It is then ready to serve as a cold drink.
(4) Tea brick series (direct dilution method): Boil some water in the ratio of 1:8. Put the tea brick in the boiling water, then bring it to boil. It is nice when served as a cool or iced drink.
(5) Tea brick series (thick syrup method): Boil the tea brick with some water at the ratio of 1:1. Or melt the tea brick in an electric rice cooker. Then, just add hot or cold water when consuming. The thickness and sweetness can be adjusted according to personal tastes.
(6) Dried preserved fruit series: It is ready to consume once it is opened. You can also brew them in water and serve as a fruit tea.

Baoyo's products are all strictly controlled in terms of quality. If there is defect (caused by delivery, display, or storage process that damages or causes the deterioration of the products), please take photos of them.
