How long does the delivery take?
To guarantee the freshness of the products you purchased, once an order is placed, we will deliver it within 3-7 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Is it possible to specify a particular delivery date/time?
We provide the specify date/time delivery service.
About the specified delivery time, it depends on the arrangement of the delivery load and vehicle conditions of the driver on that day. We cannot guarantee you to deliver exactly on the specified time. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, we will request the drivers to cooperate as much as they could to offer you the best services.
 
Do you deliver to offshore islands or overseas?
Baoyo provides delivery services to offshore islands outside Taiwan. However, there will be no discount or free delivery on the orders. The buyers should pay the delivery charges in full.

For overseas order, the delivery fee is calculated and charged according to the rates of the logistic company.

How are Baoyo products packaged?
Baoyo products are made from natural materials. To maintain their freshness, all orders are arranged for production after they are placed.They are packaged in the following ways:
(1) Vacuum bag series
(2) 17g single piece bag series: 1. Regular packaging (preservatives will be added); 2. De-oxidizer can be placed in the packs
(3) Canned series: 1. Nude packed: Preservatives are placed in cans; 2. Single piece is packaged in cans
(4) Canned series: 1. Nude packed: Preservatives and de-oxidizer are placed in cans
(5) Customized products
Other than preserved white gourd drink bricks, does Baoyo produce concentrated preserved white gourd drink essence?
Due to the difference in production equipment, as well as the differences in the format, manners of consumption, dilution ratio and flavor.
Baoyo does not manufacture a condensed preserved white gourd drink essence.
How long are the expiry dates of Baoyo products? How should they be stored?
 Vacuum bag series  
★Expiry date: 1 year (room temperature; unopened)
★Storage: If the vacuum bag is broken, please consume shortly after or store it in the fridge.
 
 20g single piece bag series  
1. Regular packaging (preservatives will be added);  de-oxidizer can be placed in the packs
★Expiry date: 15 months (room temperature; unopened) 
★Storage: Keep in a cool dry place; avoid direct sunlight. 
 
 Canned series 1 
1. Nude packed: Preservatives are packaged in cans; 2. Single piece packaged in cans
★Expiry date: 15 months (room temperature; unopened) 
★Storage: If the can is warped, the seal will be broken, causing an air leak. Please consume it shortly after or place it in the fridge. 
 
 Canned series 2 
1. Nude packed: Preservatives and de-oxidizers are placed in the cans
★Expiry date: 1 year (room temperature; unopened) 
★Storage: If the can is warped, the seal will be broken, causing an air leak. Please consume it shortly after or place it in the fridge. 
How can we tell if the products have deteriorated or gone bad?
Baoyo sugar brick products: (In room temperature) saccharification (color will become lighter) will appear after three months' time. When placed in room temperature for about 30 days, the petals' color will turn brown for the products with dried petals on them (if the packing has dischargeable de-oxidizer and light shielding materials, it can be stored for three more months before the petals will turn brown). For nude packed cans, if there are temperature changes, the sugar scraps will melt (if you are suspicious of the appearance of the food, please purchase a can of the single piece packed products). The conditions above are normal. Please consume with peace of mind. If you store it in low temperature, it can help delay the above conditions.
