Do you deliver to offshore islands or overseas? |
Baoyo provides delivery services to offshore islands outside Taiwan. However, there will be no discount or free delivery on the orders. The buyers should pay the delivery charges in full. For overseas order, the delivery fee is calculated and charged according to the rates of the logistic company. |

How long are the expiry dates of Baoyo products? How should they be stored? |

How can we tell if the products have deteriorated or gone bad? |
Baoyo sugar brick products: (In room temperature) saccharification (color will become lighter) will appear after three months' time. When placed in room temperature for about 30 days, the petals' color will turn brown for the products with dried petals on them (if the packing has dischargeable de-oxidizer and light shielding materials, it can be stored for three more months before the petals will turn brown). For nude packed cans, if there are temperature changes, the sugar scraps will melt (if you are suspicious of the appearance of the food, please purchase a can of the single piece packed products). The conditions above are normal. Please consume with peace of mind. If you store it in low temperature, it can help delay the above conditions. ★★Baoyo suggests that you consume/finish the products shortly after opening them to maintain their best flavors. |
